The MTR3000 is a MOTOTRBO™ integrated voice and data station/repeater designed to cater to the needs of small public safety, utility, and professional organizations.

The MTR3000 operates in digital mode across various MOTOTRBO systems, including Conventional, IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, and Connect Plus. It brings benefits such as increased capacity, spectral efficiency, integrated data applications, and enhanced voice communication to these systems.

Furthermore, the MTR3000 can also function in analog mode, offering support for both conventional and LTR®/PassPort® Trunking systems. This versatility makes it a flexible high-power base station/repeater.

• Operates in analog or MOTOTRBO digital mode, with an LED indicating the current mode.
• Reliable continuous operation with a 100W duty cycle.
• Programmable channel spacing of 12.5 or 25 kHz.

When programmed in MOTOTRBO mode, the MTR3000 offers the following capabilities:

• Supports two simultaneous voice paths in digital 12.5 kHz TDMA 6.25e compliant mode.
• Divides an existing channel into two timeslots, effectively doubling the capacity using a single repeater.
• Enables MOTOTRBO IP Site Connect, extending wide area coverage, and supports Capacity Plus single-site trunking without requiring a separate hardware controller.
