It also includes dual Gigabit ports with integrated PoE, making it suitable for various deployment scenarios. Enhanced customization and usability are achieved through its built-in HD audio and 3 XML programmable soft keys.

Like all Grandstream IP phones, the GXP1628 incorporates state-of-the-art security encryption technologies (SRTP and TLS). It supports a range of automated provisioning options, including zero-configuration with Grandstream’s UCM series IP PBXs, encrypted XML files, and TR-069, simplifying mass deployments.
